Patient research and experience strategy

This research and patient experience strategy program for OHSU that helped build understanding of the 'empowered patient' and the unique issues they faced.
Our work followed a cohort of patients who chose OHSU for innovative care and traveled from outside the service area.
Findings informed the organization's approach to attracting and engaging more traveling patients and ensuring their experience was understood and supported across clinical and administrative engagement.
